Critical Friends

Kassidy Evans


A recent graduate of Keystone College, Kassidy Evans earned her Bachelor’s in Communication Arts & Humanities with minors in both Theater and Digital Media. She has worked on many productions, including the Dietrich Theater Expansion Inauguration, and a television pilot series called Room by Room. As an actress, producer, and designer, her creativity and support has been a constant inspiration to Justin. He also loves her very much.

Kurt Sussman


Having worn many hats in his professional life, Kurt Sussman had been everything from a martial arts instructor to a bull handler. Beginning work in higher education in 1996, Kurt went on to earn his associates in Liberal Arts, his Bachelor's in Communications, and his Master's in Instructional Technology. He currently works as the Director of Educational Technology at Keystone College, and is an adjunct instructor for the Communications Arts and Humanities division teaching Digital Media Curricula. Mr. Sussman is currently enrolled at Northcentral University, where he is pursuing his PhD in Education, with a specialization in Educational Technology and ELearning.


Kurt serves many roles in Justin’s life, some of which include: friend, mentor, supervisor, and martial arts instructor.

Eric Slacktish


Eric Slacktish works in the IT Support Field, providing upper-level support to his clients.  Eric has been a web designer and computer programmer for over 15 years, and has always kept his finger close on the pulse of the ever-changing world of technology. His passions range from music to photography, and he has a keen eye for design. Eric has played many parts throughout the years in his friendship with Justin, including bandmate, roommate, and business partner.

Christian Scott Legere


LeGere is an educator and musician living in Minneapolis, MN. Balancing two of his greatest joys, Scott continues to write, record, and produce music for independent and corporate clients while teaching media economics at the Institute for Production and Recording for other aspiring creatives.
